Home Solutions AZ is a Mesa, Arizona-based real estate solutions company founded by Jon Burgher. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jon has dedicated his career to helping homeowners and homebuyers find practical solutions, regardless of their situation.
Jon began investing in real estate in 1993, building and managing a portfolio of more than 120 rental properties. After successfully growing his rental business, he transitioned into land acquisition and development, purchasing raw land, subdividing parcels, and building custom homes in gated communities. In 2008, Jon expanded into the assisted living industry, where he owned and operated residential assisted living homes until 2017.
Today, Jon brings decades of real-world experience to every transaction. He specializes in creative real estate solutions, including lease purchase agreements, owner financing, and cash purchases, allowing him to help clients who may not fit the traditional real estate mold.
